Cutch
Acacia catechu
Cutch is primarily known as a brown dye. It can give beautiful yellows as well.
To achieve browns, the dye should be boiled for several hours and the fibres then submerged for several hours. If the dye bath is just simmered a low temperature for a shorter period of time, you can get some nice muted yellows.
The nice thing about cutch is it doesn't smell terrible!!
